AYFA CHEER PORTRAIT DAY INFORMATION 2025

PORTRAIT DAY: SEPTEMBER 21 | 8 AM - 5 PM

MAKEUP DAY: SEPTEMBER 28 | 8 AM - 5 PM

Step 1:

Pre-Oder

Save money by pre-ordering your cheerleader’s portraits!
Take advantage of bulk pricing for prints and digital images.

  • Deadline to Pre-Order: Monday, September 29 at midnight

  • Pre-ordering ensures the best prices and priority processing - select the pick-up option to save on shipping cost and pick up from Miranda in Harvest/Argyle when prints are ready. (Digital images will be emailed to you via a download link).

  • You are only pre-ordering now - you will choose your poses/images when the proofing gallery is ready.

Step 2: Book appointment for Portrait Day

Portraits will be taken during YOUR scheduled time slot on:

  • Date: Sunday, September 21 from 8 AM - 5 PM (I will have a 2nd make-up day with LIMITED spots on September 28 from 8 AM - 5 PM).

  • Location: AMS INDOOR SPORTS FACILITY

  • Session Time: Each cheerleader will have an individual portrait appointment - takes about 5-10 minutes each max. Team portraits will be made via a composite of individual pictures. There will be NO group portraits taken.

  • Appointment Sign-Up:

    • Appointment Link (sign up for one spot per cheerleader - put their first & last name plus cheer team in the notes on the appointment page (example: Mila Rose Longoria, 5th Grade Black) - click the link, scroll to the AYFA Cheer option and fill out the info): https://mirandalongoriaphotography.square.site/s/appointments

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in and do final touch-ups.

    • Come dressed in your designated uniform with hair/bow and makeup ready, shoes on. BRING POMS.

Step 3: Register for the Proofing Gallery

View and select your favorite images once they’re ready!

  • Proofs Available by Friday, October 10

  • Proofing Link: Miranda Longoria Photography Proofing Site

  • Go to the link above and pre-register your email so you will be contacted as soon as the proofs are ready.

  • Inside the proofing gallery are instruction slides for selecting your proofs, ordering and requesting edits.

  • You will be able to choose your preferred poses for any prints or packages ordered.

  • You will be able to order more prints or images through the proofing gallery for direct shipping to your home.

  • Final printed products will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after selections are made. Digital image orders will be emailed to your email address on file within 48 hours of making your selection and contacting Miranda.

  • Proofing gallery will remain open until October 30 for additional orders.
