This experience is designed for students who want to celebrate their senior year, build confidence, and be part of a fun, supportive team—while earning exclusive perks and unforgettable images along the way.

IMPORTANT DETAILS & EXPECTATIONS

• You must be a Class of 2027 senior at a local high school

• Applications close February 15, 2026 (no late submissions)

• I will review applicants’ social media to ensure a good fit

  • If your account is private, please accept my follow request

• Selected reps must:

  • Share and tag images from each group session

  • At minimum: post and tag one group image per session

PROGRAM FEE & AGREEMENTS

• If selected, there is a $150 rep fee

  • This helps cover studio rental, styling, and team-related expenses

• A model release is required

  • Parent/guardian signature required if under 18

  • Images may be used for studio marketing and promotion

Parent FAQ — Class of 2027 Senior Rep Team

What is the Senior Rep Team?

The Senior Rep Team is a select group of Class of 2027 seniors who represent Miranda Longoria Photography throughout their senior year. Team members participate in multiple group photo sessions, receive exclusive perks and discounts, and help promote the studio through social media and word-of-mouth.

Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must:

• Be a Class of 2027 graduating senior

• Attend a local high school

• Be active in school, extracurriculars, or the community

• Have an active social media presence (Instagram and/or TikTok preferred)

How many students will be selected?

A limited number of students will be chosen to keep the experience personalized and manageable. Not all applicants will be accepted.

What is the time commitment?

The program includes three scheduled group sessions:

• Summer Kick-Off (June/July 2026)

• Fall Outdoor Session (September 2026)

• Spring Cap & Gown Session (April 2027)

Each session is planned in advance and designed to be efficient, with minimal time commitment beyond the shoot itself.

Is there a cost to participate?

Yes. If selected, there is a $150 Senior Rep Fee. This fee helps cover studio rental, styling, and team-related expenses and is not a profit-based fee.

In addition, senior reps receive 30% off their individual senior portrait session, which is optional and booked separately.

What does the rep fee include?

• Participation in all group sessions

• Professional photography and styling coordination

• Three (3) digital image downloads per group session

• Access to exclusive rep-only perks and discounts

Are individual senior sessions included?

Individual senior sessions are not included in the rep fee. However, senior reps receive 30% off their personalized senior session, which can be scheduled in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.

How will the photos be used?

Participants (and parents/guardians if under 18) must sign a model release allowing Miranda Longoria Photography to use images for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.

What are the social media expectations?

Senior reps are expected to:

• Share and tag images from each group session

• At minimum, post and tag one group image per session

• Represent the studio positively online

If a student has a private account, parents should ensure they accept the studio’s follow request.

Is social media required to participate?

Yes. This program is designed for students who are comfortable sharing images on social media and helping promote the studio.

What if my student doesn’t have social media?

At this time, the Senior Rep Team is not a good fit for students without social media accounts.

Will parents have access to the images?

Yes. Parents will receive access to the images included with the program, and additional images or products may be purchased separately. Be sure to include an email address in the application form that you have access to and check often.

How and when are applicants notified?

Applicants will be notified via email after applications close on February 15, 2026.

Final selections are typically announced within 1–2 weeks.
