To book your next appointment - choose a service/package below. If you are not sure what location or if you want to book a studio - select the MLP location and pick your date/time. We will discuss your location separately. If the location is your home or business address, enter that as your location. You can add notes before your submit with more specific requests.

After you submit your appointment request, I’ll review & if it’s accepted, I’ll send you an invoice for your deposit and final balance with due dates. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Full balance is due a week before your appointment. If you aren’t sure about the date yet, but want to purchase a gift card for a future date, you can purchase a digital gift card here. Any applicable discounts will be applied automatically when you pay.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Miranda Longoria Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund, cancellation, and transfer policies listed at the bottom of the page

Deposits & Retainers

  • All session deposits/retainers are non-refundable.

  • Deposits/retainers secure your date and time and cover administrative costs and lost booking opportunities.

  • Deposits/retainers may be transferred to a new session date if rescheduled within 12 calendar months of the original booking date.

  • Transfers are subject to availability.

Photographer-Initiated Cancellations or Reschedules

  • If the photographer must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances:

    • Your deposit/retainer may be fully transferred to a new date, or

    • A refund of the deposit/retainer will be issued upon request if rescheduling is not possible.

  • The photographer will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session promptly.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • If the client cancels a session for any reason:

    • The deposit/retainer remains non-refundable.

    • The deposit/retainer may be transferred to a future session scheduled within 12 calendar months of the original booking date.

  • Cancellations without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit/retainer.

Booking Transfers

  • Session bookings are transferable upon request (for example, gifting a session to another individual).

  • Transferred bookings must be used within 12 calendar months of the original booking date.

  • All transfers must be approved by the photographer in advance and are subject to availability.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed within the timeframe stated on the card or, if no date is listed, within 12 months of purchase.

Print Orders & Digital Products

  • All print orders, digital files, and custom products are final sale.

  • Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds or exchanges are available once an order has been placed.

  • The photographer is not responsible for printing errors or color variations when clients choose to print through third-party labs.

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will forfeit their deposit/retainer.

  • No-show sessions are not eligible for transfer or rescheduling.
